Why chooses Monogram-Moms?

Monogram-Moms produces individually designed products for fashion-forward, quality conscious consumers. How you look and feel in your Monogram-Mom product is important to us so our process takes a little longer, but you will be 100% satisfied with your product and our service. We promise!

How do I begin a custom order?

Simply start by contacting us or viewing the many designs already produced on this website. We will help you design the custom print, fabric/material, and color options. Once the design is set you can view a computer mock-up or photo of what it will look like. Upon approval we will identify the custom price, quantity and delivery time.

How do I set up an account for my team of company?

We LOVE to work with teams and organizations of ALL sizes. The best part is work directly with parents and players so coaches do not need to worry about orders. In addition, because we operate in small quantities we can always print one-off orders. To get started let's talk about what your needs are and we will build an online order page specifically for your team. 

How long should it take to complete my order?
 

Generally it takes 1-2 weeks for an order to be completed once the design is approved by you and the order specifications are determined. An approximate date will be discussed for delivery at the time of your order.

What are your delivery options?

Our first a preferred method for delivery is in-person. We pride ourselves on custom service from design to delivery (D 2 D)! If you prefer to have your order shipped we will add the appropriate shipping rate to your order and expedite it per your request. 

What is your return policy?
 

All sales are 'as is,' meaning returns are not possible once the order has been produced and delivered. Each product is custom-made so your order is unique and generally cannot be re-sold or put back into inventory. If an error is made in production or defect occurs in the product then the item will be replaced.
